I was updating my information on my main page and suddenly realised I had never posted this piece on here. Huh.

Done for my Visual Design course last semester under the requirements of texture/motion. Completed using pen and ink on bistol board, with an ink washing. This is River Tam (played by Summer Glau) from the TV series Firefly, created by Joss Whedon. Used a series of different screenshots from the episode "War Stories" for River and some from "Serenity: Part One" for the background of the ship.

I'm rather fond of how it turned out. :)

Wow the amount of detail in this is imense. I love it. You're a very good artist. It's a great pose and background too. Good job.
